Please take the time to read this information as it is very important.

• Please send your delivery address and a contact phone number. (*there must be someone at this point to receive and sign for your item and unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address)

• If nobody is available to take collection the goods will be held at the nearest depot for personal collection. The freight companies will charge a fee for redelivery if you don't wish to pick up from the depot.

• If it is easier we can forward goods to your work address or a friends place - just email us if the delivery address is different to your checkout address.

• Please note that if you have not included your full delivery details etc. you will receive a total for the item only. Freight is never free but we will provide freight charges upon receiving final delivery instructions.

• If you live in major city metro area you will find freight costings in the item listing.

PICK UPS
Pick ups for this item are available from our Brisbane showrooms.

MOST ORDERS:
• Ship within 2 business days from receipt of confirmed payment
• Will arrive within 3 business days after being shipped from our warehouse. However please allow up to 10 working days in the unlikely event that there is a delay in the usual process.

PLEASE NOTE
• Someone must be present to collect items at time of delivery
• In an event that nobody is present at the time of delivery, TNT charges a re-delivery fee of $25 each visit. However no fee will be charged if items are collected from the local depot.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes
• No freight discounts on multiple eBay purchases
• You may use another courier service if you wish, however a $10 handling fee will apply.

PAYMENT
Payment must be made in 5 working days from the completion of the auction. Please make that you make your payment with the correct shipping cost included.
