PRODUCT WARRANTIES

All new products on offer on our eBay store are covered by standard manufacturers warranties so you can buy with confidence. Optional 3 year extended warranties are available (on selected items) from as little as $99.

All warranties are subject to the following conditions:

  • Speaker drive units and crossovers that are tested and found to be blown or overdriven are not covered under warranty.
  • Product warranties do not cover shipping expenses. It is a "back to base" warranty and it is the responsibility of the customer to return the products to Aussie Hi Fi at their own expense.
  • Goods returned to the customer may incur freight charges at the discretion of Aussie Hi Fi.
  • Faults are to be the result of a manufacture defect and not through undue wear and tear and do not include cosmetic or appearance issues.
  • If a lead or interconnect is modified in anyway all warranties become null and void.
  • Any claim must be lodged in writing with Aussie Hi Fi before goods are returned or repaired.

We ship all goods with insurance so that in the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit we will be able to replace it free of charge.

PICK UPS
Pick ups for this item are available from both our Brisbane and Perth showrooms.

MOST ORDERS:
• Ship within 2 business days from receipt of confirmed payment
• Will arrive within 3 business days after being shipped from our warehouse. However please allow up to 10 working days in the unlikely event that there is a delay in the usual process.

PLEASE NOTE
• Someone must be present to collect items at time of delivery
• In an event that nobody is present at the time of delivery, TNT charges a re-delivery fee of $25 each visit. However no fee will be charged if items are collected from the local depot.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes
• No freight discounts on multiple eBay purchases
• You may use another courier service if you wish, however a $10 handling fee will apply.


PAYMENT
Payment must be made in 5 working days from the completion of the auction. Please make that you make your payment with the correct shipping cost included.
