I'm very passionate about my role at Aussie Hi Fi which ensures that our systems and services operate as efficiently as possible, and evolves at the forefront of market trends. My speciality is fine tuning our systems and staff so we can continue to deliver the best service and fastest delivery available on line.

I not only have the luxury of working closely with a great team which is what I enjoy most about my work, but the fact I am able to surround myself with brilliant state of the art toys all day every day is exhilerating. My role at Aussie Hi Fi is to make sure all the “beans” are counted, and all the staff are paid for their hard work. I guess traditionally I do the boring job, but 'hey', someone has to keep the accountants happy!

After years in more rigid work environments I am relishing the freedom that I have at Aussie HiFi to get the job done without any fuss. I don’t consider what I do here as work really, I just love being part of a great team of people who inspire each other, and having a contribution myself gives me immense satisfaction.

A little peep of myself,

I have been working in the HIFI industry for the last eight years which was good timing on my behalf to see the birth of digital home theater. After working along side Stuart and Jon for most of those years I decided to pack up and leave Perth and join them in there pursuit of home theater for everybody.  Not just the hard core hobbyists. My own interest in these great toys has taken me down the two channel path as I never have lost the excitement of hearing details and sounds on CDs

Please include either your eBay user name or item number with your payment so we can identify who the payment is from.

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT
• You will be sent an email which will inform you of this.
• You will then receive another email when your item has been shipped.
• If we are missing any required details we will contact you via email requesting this information.

SHIPPING
We ship with TNT as we have found they have the best consistency and quality of service.

We ship all goods with insurance so that in the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit we will be able to replace it free of charge.

SHIPPING CHARGES

PICK UPS
Pick ups for this item are available from our Brisbane showroom.

MOST ORDERS:
• Within 2 business days from receipt of confirmed payment
• Will arrive within 3 business days after being shipped from our warehouse. However please allow up to 10 working days in the unlikely event that there is a delay in the usual process.

PLEASE NOTE
• Someone must be present to collect items at time of delivery
In an event that nobody is present at the time of delivery, TNT charges a re-delivery fee of $25 each visit. However no fee will be charged if items are collected from the local depot.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes
• No freight discounts on multiple eBay purchases
• You may use another courier service if you wish, however a $10 handling fee will apply.
